Health and wellness coaching; one session a week at 1 hour intervals. Daily calls, text and or emails about daily progress. We will discuss, diet, meal plans, emotional concerns and overall health goals.

With the same Actions as above with more coaching on a daily bases, including motivational videos and cleansing of the body suggestions.

one month of detox, diet, emotional support and accountability for your success.
All coaching is done online or on the phone.

i believe, kevon johnson would be an outstanding practitioner in the field of medicine based on the following 3 reasons:
kevon is a very dedicated individual and i have known him for 5 years, on a personal level, and i have worked with him, on a business level, for the last 4 years.
i believe, being a practitioner requires a large amount of honesty, ethics and most of all nurturing.
no matter how knowledgeable a practitioner maybe from an educational stand point, he must exemplify that special inner quality called compassion.
what are the applicant’s most notable strengths and weakness. one of kevon’s strengths is his interpersonal skills. he is very good at evaluating and establishing new relationships.
the only thing that could show up as a weakness for kevon is that he may tends to work too hard sometimes.

I've always been a member of gym (10+ yrs). I would work out at least 3 times a week. I was never able to lose weight. I wasn't gaining weight either. I was given a free assessment here with nutritional guidance by Kevon. I am a registered nurse, so I knew the nutritional needs of health. Kevon explained to me what I was doing wrong in the gym; he said "you have been playing gym all these years". I weighed 217 pounds before I started training with Kevon. I wore a size 18/20W. I have been a dedicated member of Anytime Fitness since January 2010. I have been actively involved in attending the gym 4-5 days a week. I have been over weight most of my life and as I got older and understood more about my health and certain medical conditions I felt the need that it was time to improve my health. I maintain my work-outs consistedly and maintained a healthy diet. I had already lost 25 pounds working on my own. During the summer months I begin boot camp sessions with "Kevon". I can say the boot camp sessions were a wonderful thing, but absolutely to early. But I survive for three months. Kevon was a pusher but wasn't as hard as a soldier. Kevons experience and approach to training has been beneficial in many ways. But I want forget the strenuous times we had to run up and down the football field. Soon after boot camp I considered one on one personal training session with Kevon. I doubted the value of using a trainer and assumed that it was a waste of money. My thought was that I would give Kevon a try (one on one), learn a few things and after awhile return to working out by myself. Kevon helps me progress with a constant mixture of new exercises and increasing levels of challenge while maintaining a core approach to resistance training. I thank Kevon for helping me continue to challenge my weight lost and keeping me on track of meeting my goal. Since working with Kevon I have lost 20+ pounds. Kevin is good at what he do, I recommend him without hesitation
I am currently a client of Kevon at Anytime Fitness. I have worked with Kevon for about a month and he is a great trainer. In the past, I have worked with other trainers but none has matched up to Kevon. Kevon is a very caring trainer. He takes his job very serious and is very dependable. He is not only concerned with the weight training but monitors your nutrition closely. He explains what we eat is as important as our exercise program.
I work out with him each morning (Tuesday-Friday @ 4:30 AM). He worked this time in his schedule to accomate me. He knows how important morning workouts are for me. Even when he had to drive SEVERAL miles, he has not missed one appointment and is always on time (actually early).
Kevon is a tough trainer. He expects hard work and dedication from his clients but also he is a trainer that is willing to help you accomplish your goals. He is a great at keeping you motivated. He is with you the entire way and even though he expects hard work, he will assist you when you are having trouble. He gets you pumped up to where you want to do the best you can.
In the short time I have worked with Kevon, I have lost over 10 lbs and my body fat has decreased. I know I am getting stronger every day thanks to Kevon.
I would recommend anyone looking to get in shape and not sure how to get started give Kevon a call. He will get you on the right track.

I met Kevon back in the summer of 2010 at Anytime Fitness. He was starting a boot camp class and was recruiting applicants. I participated in the first boot camp for a 1 week time period. Thereafter, I signed up to take a 4 week boot camp with Kevon. After my completion of the second boot camp, I signed on to have Kevon as my personal trainer. Kevon is highly-qualified in health and nutrition. He is very motivating and kind when it comes to helping his clients reach their weight loss goals. He has a drive for what he does and truly enjoys helping people. I hired Kevon as my personal trainer simply for the fact that he cares and he pushes you to your maximum output. Almost 3 years ago, aBoot camp has been an exciting experience! During my four (4) weeks of intense training with Kevon, I lost over 17 pounds and 17 inches as a result of Kevon's encouragement and inspiration. He seems to really care about the people he works with as evidenced by his willingness to participate with us while still motivating us.
