Remember, compassion comes from the heart of a person. What you give out is what you get back.

1. Always tell yourself you are the best at what you do.

2. Always say uplifting things in a toxic environment.

Woke up feeling tired and emotionally drained by what happened yesterday, I said to myself:

“I am better than I was today than yesterday, and I am the best in the world at what I do.”

if you say this in your head, even though it may not manifest now, it will become reality sooner or later.
